The Russian Sustainability Reporting Awards, organised by audit and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, is held in conjunction with The European Awards for Sustainability Reporting. The Russian competition is co-organised along with PricewaterhouseCoopers by the rating agency Expert RA, the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia and the Higher School of Economics.
The Russian Sustainability Reporting Award has been introduced in order to draw attention to the issue of social and environmental responsibility and reporting, to raise awareness of corporate transparency in Russia and to bring to the attention of the international business community the progress made by Russian companies in this area. The award offers an opportunity to publicly acknowledge the leading Russian companies in terms of reporting social, environmental or full sustainability information.

The judging panel reviews the social and environmental reports submitted by companies, as well as annual reports that cover their activity in these areas.

The awards for Best Sustainability Report will be presented to the winning companies in November of this year at the annual Russian Sustainability Reporting Awards ceremony held in Moscow by Expert RA.
